1. ডেলিভারির পরে পণ্য পছন্দ না হলে

🔁 Return Policy

• পণ্য ডেলিভারি চলে যাওয়ার পর যদি আপনি পণ্য গ্রহণ করতে না চান, তাহলে ডেলিভারি চার্জ প্রদান করে পণ্য ফেরত দেওয়া যাবে।
• (ভঙ্গুর / Fragile পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে এই সুবিধা প্রযোজ্য নয়)
• আপনার ব্যবহারে বা হাতে কোনো কারণে পণ্য ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হলে পণ্য ফেরত নেওয়া হবে না।

আমরা আপনাদের সুবিধার্থে কোন ধরনের অ্যাডভান্স ছাড়া ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি পদ্ধতিতে পণ্য ডেলিভারি করে থাকি। আপনারা পণ্য ডেলিভেরি করার পর পণ্যটি গ্রহণ না করলে আমাদের ক্ষতির সম্মুখীন হতে হয়। তাই অনুগ্রহ করে পণ্যের অর্ডার করার পূর্বে কনফার্ম হয়ে অর্ডার প্লেস করুণ।

আমরা দেখার জন্য পণ্য সেন্ড করে থাকি না।
